Hall A

In past years - we've moved from callbacks to promises, from imperative streams to async iterators and from having little to having a lot of language tooling and help. The one remaining piece of the async story is cancellation.

Cancellation is the final fundamental remaining piece. In this talk we'll cover everything new from the dozens of API changes we've done in Node.js this last year, the philosophy around them. What other languages did, why we picked the API we did (funny story) and more.
